		If you need to cancel from an event: BEFORE THE CUT-OFF DATE, please cancel yourself in GolfHerd. AFTER THE CUT-OFF DATE, please contact the event host and cancel in GolfHerd. *The DAY OF PLAY, you must contact the event host by phone. If you cancel after the cutoff date and DSGA is charged a green fee by the course for your unfilled spot, you will be required to reimburse DSGA. Remember in case of possible bad weather, the course determines if we play or not. If in doubt, call the course.
